A. It’s easy-peasy, log on to your dashboard from the website or your Android Mobile App. Go to “My Account” and click on the “Raise Service Ticket” button below your tenure details. Select the right options step-by-step basis your concern and voila you have got our team on the job to fix it for you. Raise an individual ticket for each query so it is easy for you to track status updates of these tickets and give a feedback post job completion.
Q. Planning to vacate/relocate and want to serve an exit notice?
A. Oh, we wouldn’t like to see you go but you gotta go when you gotta go. Log on to your dashboard from the website or your Android Mobile App. Go to “My Account” and click on the “Service Exit Notice” button below your tenure details. You would need to serve a minimum 30 days notice or according to agreed lock-in as applicable for your property.
Q. Recently booked & planning to move in?
A. All you need to do is complete your KYC uploads and clear balance payable invoice. Once complete, we will process the Police verification report to ensure your smooth move in. However, move-in is allowed only during society office hours i.e. 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Q. How do I get / track my Registered Rent Agreement?
A. Registration of Leave and License agreements are processed online for Aadhar Card holders. We work with an external government-affiliated agency to make the entire process seamless and convenient without you having to step out of your home. Post your biometric verification is done, you should receive your rent agreement in a few days. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks for completion. Q. Will I get my entire security deposit back? Will, there be any deductions?
A. The security deposit is completely refundable. However, it is subject to any damages made or any outstanding / un-cleared dues like rent, electricity bills, utility bills, etc.
