1. COVID – 19, what are the additional responsibilities taken at Megha Villa by GetSetHome?
We are taking all the possible precautions to ensure that students staying at our hostel are
safe. We have strict protocols which are as follow
- Frequently deep cleaning and sanitization of buildings, rooms and common areas
- All common areas equipped with sanitizers
- All the staff working at our hostel will be wearing masks and their temperature will be
checked everyday as per the necessary or mandatory requirements defined by the health
ministry
- No students will be allowed to stay in our hostel without a valid vaccination certificate
2. How do I book a bed at GetSetHome?

3. How much do I need to pay/ what is the rent?
We have different pricings available depending on the type of sharing you wish to go for
- Twin Sharing – RS. 35,000
- Triple Sharing – RS. 27,000
4. How much is the deposit?
We have options available which are as follows-
- If you planning to opt for monthly rent payment, then the deposit will be 3 months of the
rent.
- If you are planning to opt for one time annual rent payment, then the deposit will be only
one month rent.
5. Is there any discount available?
Yes, we do have discount scheme available.
- If you are planning to opt for annual rent payment then we will be giving you some
amount of discount on the total annual rent.
- If you pay 10 months’ rent in one go then you will be getting one month stay free at the
hostel.

Yes, your guests are more than welcome to the hostel. However, overnight stay is not

and the security deposit is also fully refundable.
9. What all amenities are included in the rent?

study table, personal bed, and wardrobe plus storage space. Outside your room, you get a

10. Is there any lock in period?
Yes, we do a lock in period of 11 months.

There are multiple hostels/PGs near NMIMS campus or vile parle in general. They have strict
timings so you cannot go out after a certain time and even if you come late they will not
allow you to enter the hostel. It causes a lot of inconvenience and it is hard to manage. Also,
they are not at all spacious.
Instead of other hostels there is one more hostel/PG facility nearby which is provided
